Across Lunacia: an Axie Adventure

Hello Lunacia! Today we are pleased to tease something that has been in the works since last November. ‘Across Lunacia: an Axie Adventure’ is a pixel art platformer that will take you on a journey across every biome in Lunacia. You will embark on this adventure with your personal Axie, remixed into pixel art form! Across Lunacia will be free for all Axie owners to play.

This month we will begin releasing more information to the community and begin collecting community feedback. This process will start with a closed alpha test for all Origin Axie holders and select partners. After the closed alpha we will consider and integrate feedback into the game before holding a larger closed beta test. After the beta test we will continue working until the game is ready to be revealed to all Axie holders! We currently have no deadlines for this project. Our core focus is delivering the best experience possible.

We are a team of three who found each other through Axie Infinity and decided to build together. We envision a future where owning an Axie acts as a pass to a myriad of games across all game genres based in the Axie Infinity universe. ‘Across Lunacia’ is our initial contribution to this future.

Artic: “It's a pleasure working with Poltnine and Bansy on this project. Creating an Axie themed game has been a dream of mine for quite a while. We are creating 'Across Lunacia’ to deliver a fun and personal game for all Axie owners to enjoy with their favorite Axie.”

PoltNine: "I remember the day Bansy reached out to me about the possibility of working with Artic on a game concept for Axie, never has my spark for game development been reignited so much! Months into development, and the passion and excitement for work still keep on going. We'll make sure to do better everyday to make 'Across Lunacia' be the most fun it can be for platformer fans everywhere."

Bansy: “Mad shoutout to Artic for the trust and appreciation. Me and PoltNine finally crossed out an item in our bucket list, to create a game. We may be miles apart but Axie Infinity made us connected and I think that is darn cool.”
